When applying for Qatar Airways cabin crew, your photos are more important than you might think. In fact, they are often the very first thing recruiters notice – and first impressions truly count. If your photos don’t meet the airline’s standards, your application might not even be considered.

What Photos Do You Need?
For Open Days and Online Applications:
1 x Passport-sized photo
Size: 4.5 x 3.5 cm
Must be taken in business attire
If You Pass the Assessment Day:
You’ll be asked to upload more professional photos following very specific guidelines:
1 x Full-length photo
Size: 10 x 15 cm
Light blue background
JPEG format only
High resolution, clear, and sharp
Original photo only – no scanned copies
Once you pass the Assessment Day, you will be asked to upload photos according to Qatar Airways standards:
- 1 x full length photo (business attire) – photo size 10 x 15 cm

How to Take the Perfect Photo
Camera Position:
The camera should be placed at eye level – not too high or too low.
Face the camera straight on – don’t turn your body or tilt your head.
Posture:
Stand straight with your hands relaxed at your sides.
Feet together, not apart.
Show a natural, friendly smile – with teeth visible.
Don’t raise your eyebrows while smiling.
Make sure both ears are visible.
For Female Candidates:
White blouse with short sleeves (no jacket)
Knee-length skirt (knees should not be visible)
Closed shoes
No accessories (watches are okay)
No glasses or colored contact lenses
For Male Candidates:
Full business suit with a shirt and tie
Clean-shaven
Short haircut
