What does a cabin crew member do?

As Cabin Crew with Air Arabia, your main role is to make each flight a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all passengers. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Welcoming passengers onboard with a smile

  • Demonstrating safety procedures and ensuring compliance

  • Assisting passengers and handling any inflight issues

  • Providing excellent service and selling onboard products

  • Supporting onboard charity initiatives

  • Working closely with your team to ensure smooth flights

✅ What Are the Requirements?

Age:

  • 20–30 years old (no experience)

  • Up to 33 years old (with previous cabin crew experience)

Height:

  • Minimum 160 cm (female)

  • Minimum 170 cm (male)

Appearance & Health:

  • Well-groomed, no visible tattoos while in uniform

  • Fit and healthy — able to swim with a flotation aid

  • Weight in proportion to height and age

Qualifications & Skills
  • High school graduate (Travel or Tourism diploma is a plus)

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Arabic is a big advantage

  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (like Microsoft Office)

  • No chronic illness or medical restrictions

Experience
  • No experience? No problem! Fresh graduates can apply

  • Background in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is helpful

  • A valid cabin crew license is a bonus
