QATAR - cabin crew ONLINE APPLICATION - STEP BY STEP
Qatar Airways is currently recruiting new cabin crew in selected cities around the world. In order to attend these Open Days, you need to apply online and wait if you’ll be shortlisted and invited for the Open Day.
Before you start with your online application, make sure, you meet all the minimum requirements.
If yes, then follow these steps, on how to correctly fill up the Cabin Crew Online Application.
You will need to only upload your CV during the whole online application process, so make sure you have it ready. You can stop the process anytime you want by saving the application and coming back later.
ONLINE APPLICATION - Where do I find it?
Click the following link which will redirect you to the official Qatar Airways Recruitment site:
You should be on this page: scroll down and click on: Cabin Crew and Cabin Services
You will see a list of current events for cabin crew recruitment.
Choose the one you want to apply for and can attend, in case you are pre-selected and invited (in our example, we pick the first one: Nice, France)
Click on the city, and you will see a page with all the details about the cabin crew position, including minimum requirements.
If you meet the requirements, click the “Apply” button in the top right corner.
You are now on Privacy Agreement page – click “I Accept”
You need to create your account by clicking the “New User” or login if you already have an account.
There is also an option to apply via LinkedIn, and you may do so by clicking on the blue button.

Follow the instructions:
Upload your CV only if you are 100% sure that it is up-to-date and grammatically correct.
Once the CV is uploaded, click Save and Continue.
The system will automatically extract your details from the CV; however, I strongly recommend that you check each field carefully to ensure accuracy.
Answer all questions truthfully. The ones with asterix (*) are mandatory questions.
Now you have reached the ‘File Attachments’ section of your online application. If you have uploaded your CV at the beginning, it should show in the ‘Relevant Files’ table as highlighted in the below picture.
Your are almost done with your application. Read the statement and write your full name. This is the last step. Make sure your name is spelled correctly and click SAVE and CONTINUE.
Now you will have a chance to review and edit all your details. Again, ensure that all details are correct.
At the end of the Review, you will see the SUBMIT button. Click on it and your online application for cabin crew position will be submitted.
After submitting your application you should see the following:
Your online cabin crew application for Qatar Airways is now submitted and accepted by the airline’s system.
Shortly after submitting your application, you will receive an email from this address:
There is nothing else you need to do now but wait. If you are selected, the Qatar Airways Recruitment Team will contact you.
