✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend pre-flight briefings and ensure grooming and fitness standards are met

• Welcome passengers, assist during boarding, and explain safety procedures

• Identify and respond to safety or security concerns professionally

• Provide first aid and manage irregularities calmly and efficiently

• Promote and sell onboard products and support charity initiatives

• Handle payments and sales reporting accurately

• Monitor and manage cabin cleanliness and equipment before and after each flight

• Prepare post-flight reports and participate in crew debriefings

• Attend regular training and maintain up-to-date licenses and procedures

• Step into the role of Cabin Supervisor if designated by the Captain
