Etihad Airways selects future cabin crew through Open Days and Invite-Only Assessment Days depending on the airline’s hiring needs and recruitment locations.

INVITE-ONLY ASSESSMENT DAYS

To attend an Assessment Day, you must have:

  • Attended a CV drop, or
  • Applied online and received an official invitation
  • ❗ If you are not invited, you will not be allowed to participate in the assessment

GLOBAL ASSESSMENT DAYS

Etihad hosts Cabin Crew Assessment Days in various countries worldwide.

  1. Apply online via the ‘Cabin Crew Worldwide’ job listing

  2. Indicate your preferred location for the assessment

  3. Be shortlisted by the Etihad Recruitment Team
